7.    Treasurer’s report

The profit and Loss account is showing an operational surplus year to date of £6204.83, plus donations of £2673, recovery of the wall accident
excess of £250 and interest of £1908. Healthy position as we approach year end.

8.   Power supply & energy update

Nothing new to report. There has been no contact from NCEL about the next steps.

9.   Development Plan – gable end and stone
repair work

Further examination of the stonework undertaken by Northumberland Estates has offered a sensible solution to resolve the problems relating to mould and possible water ingress.

Removal of moss and repointing to be completed. Improved internal insulation in the gable ends to be fitted before decoration of the hall.

Agreed: work to go ahead on this basis using grant funding.

Action: KM to find out if the internal work could be completed late July/August at a time when the hall is less busy.

KM to ask Chris D for a price for fitting insulation and whether it could be completed at the same time as the drainage work near the front gate.
