Join us on Sunday 14th April for a nostalgic look at North East short films from the archives of the Newcastle Amateur Cinematography Association (one of the longest established film groups in the world). Films will include footage of Northumberland towns, Newcastle and the coastal resorts of Whitley Bay/Tynemouth long before the advent of cheap flights abroad. With some material dating back to the 1920s through to the 1960s, background period music will support silent film footage.
Doors open at 6.30 p.m for a 7 p.m start. Tickets are priced £4 available from Lesbury Post Office or on the door. You can use your tickets from 3rd March or hand them in for a refund at the Post Office. You are welcome to bring your own refreshments
